Hello Hello, I realise it has been a long time since I last posted and that is because I have been focusing all of my attention on getting better at nail art because, even though I didn't know at the time, I sucked. I thought I would upload some pictures and maybe, if I get good enough, I will start posting tutorials. What do you guys think?

These are the pride and joy of all the nail art I have done. Some of them are a bit smudgy due to a rubbish-y topcoat and some look kinda smudged because my siblings LOVE touching the nails whilst they are still wet.

This is my Orly Space Cadent gradient on a China Glaze Holly-Day base.

This is a rainbow base (China Glaze: Phat Santa, Towel Boy Toy, Sun Worshipper, Yellow Polka Dot Bikini, In The Lime Light and Hang Ten Toes) with China Glaze Black Mesh over the top.

This is a glitter gradient of China Glaze The Ten Man and Dorothy Who?

This is my nail art Pengin (notice the smudge on his nose? Thanks a lot sis...) with China Glaze Black Leather, Rimmel London Sunshine and OPI Alpine Snow.

This is meant to be the galaxy, a look I tried to duplicate from a YouTube tutorial but it ended up looking nothing like the final product. Still, I think it looks pretty.

This is my Christmas Candy Cane look with China Glaze Poinsettia, Ring in The Red, Cheers To You and OPI Alpine Snow.

This is one of my favourite looks with China Glaze Liquid Leather, Splish Splash and OPI Alpine Snow.

This is a water marble with OPI Russian Navy, Teal the Cows Come Home and Simmer & Shimmer.

This is my Halloween look with China Glaze Poinsettia and Liquid Leather.

Sneak Peak - Nail Varnish Collection

Hello, I was recently dusting my nail varnish rack and was shocked by how many nail varnishes I have gotten in the past couple of months. In October of of 2011 I had around 170 nail varnishes and now I have well over 240. Anyway, I took some pictures so I could show you how many. I will be doing a post of all of my nail varnishes soon, including swatches, so look out for it.

These are just my China Glaze's, and these are the nail varnishes I have the most of.

These are all of my nail varnishes on the top of my chest of drawers. I have China Glaze, OPI, Orly, Rimmel, BarryM, nail art, Claires, and a lot of UK brand nail varnish that isn't very well know, like Miss Sporty and 17 and whatnot. I just happened to have found this image whilst writing this post, and I found it quite shocking.

This picture was taken on October of 2010, when I had 103 nail varnishes. It looks like nothing compared to the amount I have now. Sorry about the bad quality, by the way, it was taken on my crappy camera. Anyway, looking forward to posting the swatches and my new nail varnishes soon. KraziGirli

Swatch & Review - E.L.F Metal Madness

Yes, I have returned. Here today I am going to swatch and review Metal Madness by ELF for you guys.





This polish is a beautiful gun metal with a scatter of micro holographic glitter in it. It is a frosty finish and is beautiful. It kind of reminds me of China Glaze Some Like It Haute but the China Glaze polish seems to have large glitter particles, and it has blue and silver glitter in it as well as the holographic.

My Review:
This polish is pretty, but it is HELL to apply. The lid is a square, so it's hard to get a comfortable grip on it. And, just to make it harder for you to use, the actual brush is short and fat. This sucks because it applys nicely in the middle, but when you try and get it to the edges of the nails it paints the cuticle and the skin around the nail as well. Which is why my swatch picture looks disgusting, by the way.
Also, it takes 2 thick coats to get good coverage. I took the swatch picture 30 mins after I painted my nails, and my nails still smudged when I took my camera out of its case. Not good.
Finally, the holographic doesn't show up that well on the nail, but looks great in the bottle. It's very deceiving.
A bonus? It was only £1.50. So at least I didn't waste lots on money on it or anything. Otherwise I would have been so angry.

Lets me say just one thing: I won't be buying polish from ELF again. But don't be put off of their whole company, because I bought an eyeshadow pallet from them and they were really good quality, and they sent me a free eyeliner. Get in.
